Our cellar travels the country: from Vinho Verde to the Douro, from Dão to the Alentejo, with stops in Bairrada, Lisbon and the Azores. We favour producers who work the vineyard with the same honesty we bring to the kitchen.

The bar
Before and after the table
The Niksoli bar is the place for the aperitif and the last conversation. Well-made classics, a few signature cocktails built on Portuguese ingredients and a small menu of petiscos to go with them.
No reservation is needed for the bar — but if you are coming as a group, tell us and we will keep the right corner for you.
