These terms govern the use of the website and your relationship with Niksoli — Restauração e Eventos, Lda. (Niksoli), Lisbon. By using the site, you accept these terms.

1. Nature of the website

The website is informational and supportive in nature: table reservations, proposal requests for events and conferences, and poker-room membership requests. It does not allow playing, betting, depositing or making any payment. Submitted requests are subject to confirmation and do not form a contract until confirmed.

2. Restaurant reservations

Reservations are free of charge and confirmed by email or phone. The table is held for 15 minutes past the reserved time. For groups of 10 or more, set group menus may apply, agreed in advance.

3. Events and conferences

Event and conference-hall proposals are personalised and formalised in writing, with the applicable confirmation, change and cancellation conditions stated in each proposal.

4. Poker room (18+)

The poker room is a separate area restricted to adults aged 18+, with photo ID required. Play takes place exclusively in person, under the applicable legislation. Tournament registrations and buy-ins are handled only in the room. House rules and our Responsible Gaming commitment apply.

5. Operator

The establishment is operated by Niksoli — Restauração e Eventos, Lda., with its address at Rua das Janelas Verdes 88, 1200-690 Lisboa. The details shown are for demonstration and must be replaced with real data before launch.

6. Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse access or service in case of behaviour that disrupts the house or disrespects other guests and the team.

7. Limitation of liability

We strive to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee the absence of errors. Menus, prices, hours and schedules are indicative and may change.
