Niksoli — Restauração e Eventos, Lda. respects your privacy and processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Portuguese law.

2. What data we collect
We collect the data you provide in the forms: name, email, phone, company (where applicable) and the content of your request (reservation, event, conference, poker-room membership or contact). We collect only what is needed to reply.
3. Poker room and legal age
Poker-room membership requests include a confirmation of legal age (18+). Actual age verification takes place in person, with photo ID. We do not collect data from minors, and no poker-room communication is directed at minors.
4. Purpose and legal basis
We use the data to reply to requests, manage reservations, proposals and memberships, and communicate with you. The legal basis is your consent and the legitimate interest of the establishment.
5. Retention
We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purpose in question, unless a longer legal retention obligation applies.
6. Payments and sharing
The website does not collect payment data. We do not sell or share your data for marketing purposes. Processors may be used (for example, website hosting), bound by confidentiality obligations.
7. Cookies and measurement

8. Your rights
